We can help shops or supermarket chains to form their employees on how to deal with a salami & cheese corner, how to deal correctly with the product, how to clean and serve it, how to maintain it fresh the longest. 
We possess the professional items to practice all this and perform the teaching (knives, ham holders …) according to the up to date measures of self protection
