TAGLIATO PER IL GUSTO is a small enterprise offering different kinds of services all related either to the world of cheese or cured meats, above all cured hams. We have attended national courses held by ONAF and ONAS organizations, dedicated to the theoretical and practical knowledge of national and international cheeses and cured meats.
We travelled to Spain to attend raw ham hand slicing courses and to France to master the art of assembling a cheese assiette (cheese platter).
In the past years we have run either small retail businesses and supermarkets, dealing with the salami&cheese counter and leading the shop worker team. This way we can support your business into detecting the faults and proposing ways out.
We usually work togheter with other bigger catering and banqueting companies, offering a high quality service specialiized in arranging cheese and cold cuts platters.
So, to make things clear, we could divide our varied services, into two major categories, the one related to ham & cured meats, THE WORLD OF HAM and, the one related to cheese, THE WORLD OF CHEESE
